Boilers

A boiler is a heating appliance that uses hot water or steam to heat your home or building. The hot water or steam is distributed to radiators in each room to heat the structure evenly.

When maintained properly, boilers can last up to and beyond 20 years.

When not maintained properly, and/or installed improperly, boilers can have a very short lifespan.

Proper maintenance is vital to getting a long life out of your boiler, as well as the highest level of efficiency possible. A boiler that has not been cleaned in years will cost MUCH more to operate.

This is a picture of a typical “before and after” photo of a dirty heat exchanger inside a boiler. Soot deposits prevent an efficient heat exchange between the burner flame and the heating water, causing your boiler to run inefficiently, which costs you a lot of money over the winter season.

We service all brands of boilers.
