We are a family owned, local contracting company specializing primarily in Residential and Commercial Heating and Air Conditioning. We also offer other services like weatherization, light carpentry, windows and doors, facility maintenance, and Commercial and Residential Air Balancing.
We strive to provide our customers with top level service, quickly and at a fair price. Our technicians are trained experts with many years experience who are constantly receiving continuing education to keep up with evolving technologies.
These guys do great work at a fair price. They also won't sell you or upsell you any nonsense you don't need and are generally incredibly knowledgeable.Can't recommend them enough - I've used them for multiple jobs and have never had a single problem. Justin in particular is great to work with.Whiting has a customer for life if they continue to run their business this way.

My air conditioner quit cooling on a Friday night, so I called after work. Within an hour, their crew had been at the residence, and by the time the technician arrived, the cool air was restored. Our AC broke down in the heat of summer. We called in the evening, they showed up the next morning. Justin, the person who did the repair, was on time, clearly communicated the work he was doing, didn't try to upsell us, and within 30 minutes the AC was running again. I highly recommend this business.

All the big name companies couldn’t come out to service my down HVAC system on a Sunday night, these guys were there within 30 minutes and promptly replaced my condenser and had my house cool again! Fair rates and quality service!

I currently use Whiting services for seasonal maintenance on my HVAC system. Setting up appointments have been a positive experience, Justin's communication is very good. The scope of work is always very clear, price quoted is fair, and the work is always completed as expected. These guys aren't pushy when it comes to non-standard services, or putting you on the spot about an expensive repair. During the last visit they identified some patchy work that the last installer did on my system (that had been driving me crazy since I moved in to the house), and did a primo job fixing it!

After buying a new home with a thirty year heating system, every winter I would ask myself if this would be the year my heater would finally break down or if I would break down and replace it. This lead to constantly worrying about being stranded without heat and the cost of replacing my heating system. I no longer have to wonder as this year my heater broke on the coldest day of the winter. I contacted two HVAC companies that responded immediately and even provided $1500 off complete HVAC system. Thankfully, I realized something didn’t seem right and I contacted Whiting Services and met with Justin. He was up front, responsive and fair. I realized the other two companies were trying to taken advantage of my ignorance and overcharge me. A $1,500 off coupon doesn’t seem like such a great deal when they are charging you three times a fair replacement cost. It was a pleasure working with Justin as I felt he was extremely professional and was able to easily explain his work.Fingers crossed, I ll have thirty more years worry free with this heater but when it does come time to replace, I’m contacting Whiting Services.

Our oil furnace went down on a cold weekend. Justin was prompt and very efficient. He explained everything to me in laymen’s terms and did an outstanding job. Those thieves at another company I won’t say their name (rhymes with Verizon, starts with an H) wanted to charge us over 3 times what Whiting did the job for, and much quicker. We are so grateful that there are honest, trustworthy and quality driven people like Justin out there. Don’t hesitate to call the pros at Whiting!!

The previous company I used left me unsure that their technicians really knew what they were doing. I'm so glad my neighbor recommended Whiting, Justin was awesome! You know you can trust a technician to do the right job when he takes the initiative to video tape the entire repair and post it publicly! Honest and well trained, I'd highly recommend Whiting!

I needed some HVAC and plumbing work when selling my house in Ambler. Justin and his plumber Steve were professional, friendly, and - most importantly - did great work at a fair price. We were on a relatively tight schedule and Justin worked us in and got the job done well within our schedule. I would definitely recommend his to my friends and family and anyone else looking for HVAC or plumbing work in the Philadelphia area.

Justin did so wonderfully on our job. He was efficient and thoughtful. I felt like we received an education. Before completing the job he explained all about the product, its purpose, and what it should be doing when functioning properly. He was extremely supportive and able to accommodate our needs.
